Eric first received his real estate license in 1993. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 1984 with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investments. Eric’s work history includes working as a commercial loan officer with a large regional bank and starting the first commercial alligator farm in Alabama. He also appraised real estate, concentrating in commercial and timber/recreational tracts of land and has worked as a real estate developer, developing Lifestyle Centers, Power Centers, and Walgreens.
