Through the years, I have bought and sold a lot of land. Dating back to my first purchase in 1996, Eric Leisy with Great Southern Land was influential in connecting us to the right people in the purchase of our first tract. Since then, he seems to have had his hand in almost all transactions whether buying or selling land for our family. What’s funny about this is he just started selling real estate full time only 6 or 7 years ago. My point is, when Eric sees a need to help someone, he goes above and beyond the call of duty to help people that seek his advice. Eric’s last 3 transactions for us, whether it was timing, price or location, seemed inevitable not to go down. Somehow, with hard work and persistence, “Big E” as we call him, got the deal done. To add another feather to his cap, he seems to satisfy both parties, buyers and sellers, which I think is his specialty. I have dealt with a lot of people in my 32 years of business, but I’ve only met one Eric Leisy. You will just have to give Great Southern Land a try to see what I mean!
